I bought the iWalker Pro, and was surprised that it was delivered just over a week after my ordering it. When unpacking it, a small piece of black plastic dropped out of the box, I eventually found it had broken off the left handle. I assume it was broken during packaging as I was very careful taking the walker out of its box. As it is not affecting the operation of the machine and the damage cannot be seen I can live with it as it is. After using the walker for a couple of days, I find :- (1) the handles do not allow an upright stance whilst walking , and because the body is leaning forward a lot of weight is placed on the hands which makes the hand grips bite into the palms. Most uncomfortable! (2) Because of the leaning forward stance, the feet keep contacting the plastic " footguard ", This is a nuisance as one has to concentrate on this constantly . I suggest a simple remedy (to fix both problems) would be to make the handles 100cmtrs longer ,and therefore allows the body to stand more upright . I could return the iWalkerpro, but I like it.
