Horrible product , misleading to the customer
When I purchased it the blurb stated all surfaces but according to the staff a carpet is NOT a surface. After numerous attempts of getting a refund within my 30 days as promised in their site I have had no luck but instead been lied to by staff stating I will get a refund then them denying they stated it even though the call was recorded. Be weary of this as they will make every excuse under the sun as to why you can't get a refund.
